Terms and Conditions to Qualify for a Free Boiler Service

Minimum Spend Requirement
A free boiler service is only available with acceptance of a quotation for works exceeding £2,000 (exclusive of VAT).

Service Timing
The free boiler service will be carried out at the same time as the scheduled works and cannot be booked separately.

General Service Only
The free boiler service is a standard safety and operational check. It does not include fault diagnosis, repair work, or replacement of parts.

Exclusions
Any faults identified during the service or any components requiring repair or replacement are not included and will be quoted separately.

Eligibility
Offer applies to domestic customers only and is subject to availability. Only one free boiler service per qualifying project.

Acceptance Requirement
Written confirmation of the accepted quote must be received
